Emergency Services Workers Sector Planning Meeting (RULETC)
Two meetings of the Emergency Services Workers Sector consisting of first responders, represented by law enforcement, fire service, emergency medical service and emergency management communities, planned the process for organizing the Emergency Services Sector (ESS).
Specifically, they developed a system for identifying needs and actions that will better enable the law enforcement community to coordinate its activities with the rest of the emergency services community. This particularly benefits rural law enforcement, where coordination and leveraging all public safety is critical in the event of an incident.
